Like I said above, I just love to hear from my readers! Truly, one of the coolest aspects of being an author is having a fan base throughout the world. I am so lucky to meet and chat with each and every one of you! So, to show this excitement and my love for my readers, I will be spotlighting a reader in my newsletter and on the website. So send me a pic and include why you LOVE the Gods of Midnight series!

Reader X
How does an ex-Navy SEAL who has trained guard forces for kings and played bullet catcher for an ex-Secretary of State spend his down time? Most recently, "Reader X" has been enjoying Deidre Knight's Midnight Warriors Series.
"When my wife and I began to talk about writing romantic suspense as a team, she insisted that I read authors she felt were the best of the best. I didn't anticipate becoming an avid fan when I first opened Parallel Attraction. I expected flowery love scenes. Instead, I dove into a well constructed, high stakes story with enough fast paced, believable action to keep me wanting more. I read that book in one night, and chewed through the others within a week of that.
Coming from a spec ops background, I'm probably harder to fool than most readers. Deidre's Midnight Warrior Series rings true on all levels. I appreciate the authentic, operational details in her books. Deidre has obviously done her research. The ultra hot love scenes are an added bonus. The couple that reads together...???."

Heather from Romance Junkies
I was initially hesitant to try Deidre's books. I read the words time travel and thought "oh no, so not for me". I just don't normally do time travel because most authors neglect to deal with the ramifications that time travel causes. Then a friend read Parallel Attraction and would not stop going on and on about it. I think it was about this time that I'd received several bookmarks to promote the series. At the bottom of the note was an offer for ARC's for those booksellers interested. I started reading it and I was hooked. I especially love that Deidre does delve into the issues that result from messing with time. It makes so much more sense than believing that people can jump around without consequence.
I always make sure Deidre is on my "Heather Recommends" endcap at work. And I've been trying really hard to convince some of my sci-fi reading co-workers to give her a shot. I'm also really good at making sure we keep copies of her books in stock. I don't like it when they get low. :)
